I have 2 VISAs and a personal loan I want to consolidate into 1 payment. I don’t really want to lose one of the VISAs b/c it is in connection with my bank and tied to my checking. Also the personal loan is from a company that I am in very good standings with. Is there a way I can consolidate without losing the one VISA and reputation w/ the loan company?

Bad Credit Debt Consolidation Home Equity Loans

Here’s how it works. Let’s imagine that your home mortgage is for $250,000, but after years of paying on that note, you only owe the mortgage company $100,000. In this instance, you would have $150,000 in equity in your home. A home equity loan is a specific type of loan that will allow you to borrow against that equity.

Why would you want to do this? The number one reason that people take out bad credit debt consolidation home equity loans is as a means to consolidate their debt. Because a home equity loan is a secured loan, the interest rates are considerably lower than that of credit credits or personal loans. And so if a person had $10,000 in credit card debt, they could reduce the total amount of owed-as well as their monthly payments-by taking out a home equity loan and using the cash to pay off their credit card debt.

Consumer Credit Card Consolidation Fraud

Consumer credit card debt, credit cards, consumer debt

With the current economy, and my work hours being cut, I’m in need of some serious credit card help. It’s now a decision between the credit cards and housing/food. If I could reduce my debt and make significantly lower monthly payments, it would be a life saver! Do any of these companies really do what they say? Also, what would be the impact on my credit ( as opposed to bankruptcy ), and how long would it take for this to drop off my credit bureau. I’d appreciate any advice.

This is for a combination of school and debt consolidation. My parents make too much money for grants and federal loans and I filled out a FAFSA and never got a straight answer. :P lease help!!! Thank you.

I am just wondering what kind of options I have, I do work full time and am desperately trying to pay off my debt, however with interest rates that I have it’s near impossible. I don’t have any one who I can get to cosign to get a better rate, and My personal credit score is not very good. Consolidation doesn’t work because I don’t have enough unsecured credit. I just want to know if there is any options available to help me.

I need a consolidation loan, but have bad credit…?

I’m in need of a small consolidation loan.

I have poor credit, from past mishaps. I do not have any credit cards, and do not have a spending problem. My need for this loan now stems from having unexpected car repair bills, health problems (medical expenses) and other things beyond my control. I don’t have cable or internet or anything that would cause uneccessary spending – I’m very “frugal”. :)

Is there an organization that would offer me a consolidation loan to help with a few expenses so I can pay ONE place the monthy payment, instead of trying to come up with about 5-6 different payments for all these places I owe money to?

Mortgage consolidation.?

We have a mortgage for 146,000. Value according to mortage holders is around 205,000. We have a fixed 6.65% rate and have 26 yrs left on mortgage. Current holder could roll all of our debt into home loan and reduce our rate by .25%. Bringing our payment with escrow, insurance, taxes, etc.. from 1460.00 to 1750. Our debt includes 14,000 in student loans, 14000 in credit cards, 15,000 in vechiles as well as 10,000 on HELOC. The question is this almost taps out the entire equity in our home and we would also have a thirty year loan again. Would this be a wise move? Thanks. BTW both of our middle credit scores are mid 720. We make about 110,000 a year.

www.debtconsolidationupdates.com While the goal of business debt consolidation loans are to help business owners make their debt more manageable, some are better than others.

I have a personal loan with my bank which is very good. They won’t help me with anything else until I pay my loan down some and I’ve had it for nine months. I’ve got a few debts that I’d like to get paid off and combine into one monthly payment. I don’t know if any other bank will help me or not. My credit is really good and the only thing wrong is I’ve got high balances but the items are in good standing. If anyone knows who I can check with about consolidating my debt and getting those high balances paid off please let me know.
